1. Who we are
Wweer Ltd is the controller of the personal information handled through this website. Our address is 149 Great Ducie Street, Manchester M3 1FB, United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@wweer.com or on +44 161 832 7003.
2. What we process
- Emails you send to support@wweer.com. This is your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write in the message, including any attachments you send.
- Standard request logs. When you visit a page, Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this website, keeps standard technical records such as the time of the request, the address requested, your IP address and your browser type. We do not use these logs to identify you.
- The login form. The login form on this site is a demonstration. It does not send, store or log anything you type into it, and no credentials are ever accepted.
We do not use cookies of our own, analytics or advertising on this site. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie that helps it deliver the service securely.
3. Why we process it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your email and keep a record of the conversation. Our legitimate interests in answering correspondence and handling requests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Where your message asks about access to Wweer, we also rely on steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To run, secure and protect the website. Our legitimate interests in keeping the site available and secure (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as needed to reply to you and deal with the matter, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Request logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention settings. We do not store anything you type into the demonstration login form, because it is not sent to us.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. Cloudflare provides hosting and delivery for this website, so it processes request logs on our behalf.
Cloudflare may process request logs in countries other than the United Kingdom and Japan.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for access to your personal information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and, where it applies, to receive it in a portable form. To use any of these rights, email support@wweer.com.
You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to answer your concern first, so please contact us before you complain.
7. If you live in Japan
If you live in Japan, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) may also apply to how we handle your information. You can ask us to disclose, correct or stop using your personal information by emailing support@wweer.com. Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission is the regulator for the APPI. A Japanese version of this notice is at /ja/privacy.
